Vista Ridge has several organizations, each responsible for different things. Find who handles what, and who to contact.

  • Landscaping along the main roads and common-area tracts

    Vista Ridge Metro District

    Most common-area tracts are owned by the Town of Erie and maintained by the Metro District. A few tracts are maintained by the HOA or by builder sub-associations; the tract schedule lists each one.

  • Broken sprinklers or irrigation in common areas

    Vista Ridge Metro District

    The Metro District owns and maintains the non-potable irrigation system. After hours, call the irrigation emergency line: 720-259-7718.

  • Irrigation water supply and the golf course

    Vista Ridge Metro District also Colorado National Golf Club

    The Metro District and Colorado National Golf Club share one non-potable irrigation system; the golf club operates it and costs are shared.

  • Streets, potholes and repaving

    Town of Erie

    The streets in Vista Ridge belong to the Town of Erie. Report problems through ErieSubmit.

  • Snow plowing of streets

    Town of Erie

    The Town of Erie Public Works Department plows streets, primary routes first; residential streets are usually plowed only after major storms. The HOA does not plow streets.

  • Snow on sidewalks

    Vista Ridge Metro District also Town of Erie

    The Metro District clears the sidewalks along Vista Parkway, Mountain View, Skyline and Sunset. By Town ordinance, homeowners must clear the sidewalk along their own property within 24 hours of a storm.

  • Snow at the Community Center, parks and tot lots

    The HOA clears snow at the Community Center and parks/tot lots after 2 inches of accumulation.

  • Trash and recycling pickup

    Vista Ridge HOA

    Trash and recycling are provided through the HOA's contract with Waste Connections. See the current collection calendar.

  • Paint, fences, landscaping or other changes to your home

    Exterior changes need HOA design review approval under the architectural guidelines. Submit requests through the HOA portal.

    Traffic calming on Town streets goes through the Town of Erie's Neighborhood Speed Management Program.
