Every Vista Ridge homeowner is a member of the Vista Ridge Master Homeowners' Association. Its Declaration of covenants was first recorded with Weld County on December 14, 2001 (reception no. 2909244). A volunteer Board of Directors elected by homeowners governs the association, and MSI, LLC manages it day to day.
The HOA sets and enforces the covenants and architectural guidelines, collects assessments, and runs the Vista Ridge Community Center and pools.
