Colorado National Golf Club is a privately owned golf course within Vista Ridge (title-holding entity: Colorado National Golf Club HQ, LLC). It is not governed by the HOA or the Metro District, but it is connected to both by recorded covenants and agreements.
The course and the Metro District share one non-potable irrigation system under an Irrigation Water Facilities Common Use Agreement (2006, renewed 2016); under it the golf club operates the shared system and repair and replacement costs are split between the two. The HOA and the golf club share the Community Center parking lot and entrance and non-potable water service under an access, parking and cost-sharing agreement (2006, amended 2019). A Declaration of Golf Play Covenants was recorded with Weld County in 2003.
