  • May 5, 2026: Feasibility update. Staff recommended developer build-out of Coal Creek Boulevard, completing the Vista Parkway road changes, and a developer-built signal at Airport Drive, with no Town-built Arapahoe extension for now.
  • Mar 19, 2026: The Airpark North/South Connectivity Study, presented to the Airport Economic Development Advisory Board, notes Vista Ridge residents' traffic concerns; at the public outreach most attendees opposed a new road while Vista Ridge residents favored one.
  • Dec 2, 2025: Council study session on north-south connection options (County Line and Arapahoe Road to CO 7), "in response to concerns with increased traffic on Vista Parkway." DJ&A is the consultant.
